SHIP-PS Workshop team manufactured 4 aluminum fuel oil tanks and 4 stainless steel urea tanks for high speed modernised aluminium vessels.
Our expertise includes
- Material used: Marine grade aluminum (Grades 5083-H111 and 6082-T6) (2000 kg) & Grade 316 stainless steel (1200 kg)
- Dimensions: Stainless steel tank 1100 × 900 × 600 mm, Fuel oil tank 2200 × 1600 × 800 mm
- Process: CNC cutting, TIG/MIG welding, finishing, ISO Pressure test
- Capacity: 300 L and 3000 L
- Features: Inspection covers, flanges, vent pipes, ready for outfitting
- Duration: 1 month
- Team: 1 fitter, 2 MIG welders, 1 TIG welder
